Terms of Service

By creating a Collabrid account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Collabrid on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Collabrid provides a collaborative grid-based workspace for teams to track decisions, manage data, and communicate in real time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Collabrid.
• One person may not maintain more than one free trial account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Collabrid to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Send unsolicited communications through the notification system.
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits.

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Collabrid. By using the service, you grant Collabrid a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Collabrid is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Collabrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
