1. What we collect
When you use Collabrid, we collect:
- Account data — your name, email address, and organisation name when you register.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the product.
- Content data — sheets, rows, comments, and files you create inside Collabrid.
- Billing data — payment is handled by Stripe. We never store card details.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the Collabrid service.
- Send transactional emails (notifications, assignments, reminders) that you configure.
- Respond to support requests.
- Improve the product based on usage patterns.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers in the EU/US (depending on your region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with private access controls.
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing hello@collabrid.com.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Export your data at any time from the account settings.

7. Third-party services
Collabrid uses the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare R2 — file storage.
- SendGrid / SMTP — transactional email delivery.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing terms.
